PSP X-Dither is a high-quality mastering, smoothing and noise shaping processor. It is designed to work in a wide range of situations where smoothing or noise shaping is required to preserve the quality of the original mix, group or individual track – at various stages of the recording and mastering process, including final digital mastering.
While PSP X-Dither is designed for a transparent, final stage of smoothing, it can also be used creatively to add subtle or not-so-subtle sonic nuances to your sound. Try it on drums, vocals or synths to create vintage texture, controlled digital grain or subtle noise shaping – perfect for experimental, retro or indie styles.
