All samples are recorded in 16-bit stereo in 44100 Hz wave format. For the most accurate preservation of the original, careful noise reduction was applied.
Samples
- The samples were recorded by Peter Evers during a recording session for a CD of organ improvisations. All samples were recorded with full room acoustics.
- There are four samples per octave.
As a first for any Hauptwerk sample pack, we artificially created a staccato release sample using an impulse response carefully designed to match the original room acoustics as closely as possible. We believe the result is a significant improvement over standard release tails, which result in bell-like artifacts on staccato notes.
