SPECTRAL SCULPTURES
Smugi is a recreation of the iconic filter bank used in the most famous electronic music studios of the 50s and 60s. Radically transform any sound you feed it. Shape your sound with vintage warmth or push it to wild distortion with carefully modeled saturation. Perform live with inspiring macros and experimental effects modules.
But most importantly, Smugi invites you to explore. Use its stunning parallel filters to reveal abstract textures hidden in your recordings. Or use it as a highly musical multi-band equalizer to instantly add a vintage, organic tone to whatever you’re working on. Once you discover this masterpiece, there’s no turning back.
