The eclectic sound of future beats and beyond – West Coast hip hop meets freewheeling funk, sunny soul, and forward-thinking production.
BACKYARD JAMS
From low-ceilinged LA lounges and manic Montreal nights, all the way to lively London basement clubs and beyond – BACKYARD JAMS captures the colorful clangor of a beats-led movement that swept up funk, jazz, soul, and hip hop influences amid an unstoppable tide that came crashing onto dancefloors in the early 2010s. Packed with vintage pads, live guitar and bass licks, deep synths, and organic percussion, this one is all about throwing shapes, sunny days, and long, hot nights.
